Town Square Redbank Plains

Our primary focus in 2015 was the design, development and leasing of our sub-regional shopping centre located in Redbank Plains.

To date, we have secured pre-commitments from Coles, Target, Aldi and Woolworths and are already 80% pre-committed with construction having started in September.

Town Square Redbank Plains is located in the geographical heart of the catchment on an elevated highly exposed site. With a frontage to Redbank Plains Road of approximately half a kilometre, the design allows all tenants tremendous identification and brand recognition, with park at the door convenience. There will be over 1,200 car parks on-site.

Construction started on Town Square Redbank Plains in September with completion anticipated for November 2016.

Upon completion, Town Square Redbank Plains will include:

  • Coles, Woolworths and Aldi Supermarkets
  • Target discount department store
  • 8,466 sq metres of specialty food and service retail
  • Two fast food drive-thru's
  • 2,602 sq metres of big box retail

Additionally, we have designed and engineered the Centre for further expansion to accommodate the rapidly growing area.
