The site is approved for the development of a 3,600sqm freestanding Coles Supermarket and adjoining 150sqm Liquorland bottle shop. Outstanding location just 7.4km south of the Brisbane CBD, the site satisfies a long standing requirement of Coles to grow their presence in the catchment.
The supermarket will enjoy all directional access from Ipswich Road via a controlled intersection. Two levels of basement car parking providing 175 bays will service the supermarket and adjoining bottle shop. An additional entry/exit point for customers into the centre will also be available via Aubigny Street.
Construction is due to commence in 2023, with completion due mid-late 2024.
