The Project
Capital Transactions secured the site at 13-15 Glasson Drive, Bethania in 2021 after an analysis into the catchment unlocked a need for additional large format retail to service the growing population.
The existing DA approval over the site, as well as the presence of several national retailers in the immediate vicinity, further supported the acquisition of this development site for Capital Transactions.
A minor modification to the original DA was lodged in March 2022 to reconfigure the layout of the centre as well as create additional parking bays. Construction is anticipated to commence Q3 2022, and the leasing campaign is underway with more than 80% of the NLA pre-committed.
Upon completion, expected to be late 2023, the centre will comprise over 11,000sqm of NLA and will be home to several Large Format and Lifestyle retailers.
