Capital Transactions acquired a 7,300m2 site in the picturesque Darling Downs town of Pittsworth and secured a long term pre-commitment from Woolworths to anchor this new addition to the retail scene in Pittsworth. Providing approximately 3,150m2 of shopping, Pittsworth Plaza has become the retail heart of the South-Western Darling Downs.
The Centre opened fully leased, and was sold in 2017.
