Accommodating a new supermarket in Beaudesert required the successful amalgamation of 1.4ha of land owned by five different entities. Capital Transactions secured the site and developed a freestanding supermarket.
Due to the then zoning of the site, Capital Transactions lodged a two stage approval firstly for the completion of a 2,600m2 free standing supermarket and secondly for a 600m2 expansion of the supermarket and the addition of 1,200m2 of specialty shops.
Both Stages 1 & 2 were pre sold to a local private investor.
