Capital Transactions purchased the 3.79ha site at 13-15 Glasson Drive, Bethania in 2021 after an analysis into the catchment supported the need for additional large format retail to service the growing population.
With some minor amendments to the existing DA, construction commenced on the 11,600sqm centre in late 2022 with completion late 2023.
Bethania Lifestyle Centre is home to dominant national and local brands, including Chemist Warehouse, Autobarn, Total Tools, Department of Transport & Main Roads and more.
