Chris Campbell - Director Projects

With a real estate agency background that commenced in 1984, Chris has been involved in transactions in all sectors of the property market. During his time in agency he has worked alongside some of Brisbane's leading developers and was involved first hand in the purchase, leasing and sale of retail, industrial, commercial and residential development projects.

After leaving real estate agency Chris spent three years learning in greater detail how to identify, manage and deliver all facets of a project. This period proved invaluable and provided him with the experience and understanding of property development that has been the platform for many successfully completed Capital Transactions developments.

Since joining Capital Transactions in 2002, Chris has worked in conjunction with David Watson and together they have undertaken the identification, acquisition and delivery of numerous development opportunities. Projects to date have included existing centres that required re-leasing and refurbishment plus Greenfield sites that required anchor tenant pre-commitment and full town planning approvals.

He enjoys strong relationships with national retailers and as such can ensure quick decisions when assessing the tenant demand for retail development opportunities.
