With a frontage to Redbank Plains Road of approximately half a kilometre, the design allows all tenants tremendous identification and brand recognition, with convenient parking at the door. There is over 1,200 car parks on-site. Construction was completed in November 2016.

Construction started on Town Square Redbank Plains in September 2015 and completed in December 2016.
